Compassionate Communication is the foundation for mental, physical, and spiritual wellness.
Compassionate Communication—is the culmination of a lifetime of study, integrated into the awareness that each of us has the ability to be more skillful in our relationships, to be generators of goodwill for others and ourselves.
This skill can be learned, and the joy of being peaceful with oneself creates the possibility to be peaceful and joyful with others. To that end, the quality of life for all can be vastly improved.
The goal in Metta is to learn about intention, your free will, discover what part of your complex system is driving that intention, and then develop skill in striving to achieve that intention while not causing harm to yourself or others. ©
